Kaseya opens Intelligence platform to Claude, Copilot
Wed, 17th Jun 2026 (Today)
Kaseya previewed a new version of Kaseya Intelligence at its Connect Europe event in Prague, expanding the system into an open platform that works through APIs.
The platform is intended to bring insights and automation into tools IT teams already use, including Kaseya's own software as well as Claude and Microsoft Copilot Cowork. Technicians will be able to access real-time information and carry out workflows without returning to the core Kaseya interface.
The move reflects a broader effort to extend Kaseya's artificial intelligence tools beyond a single software environment. The company said AI agents and Digital Specialists will identify issues, suggest remediation and, with technician approval, carry out tasks, update tickets and generate reports automatically.
Early access to the new functions is expected later in 2026, with general availability planned for 2027.
Pratik Wadher, Chief Technology Officer at Kaseya, said: "The IT industry has spent years asking technicians to adapt to software.
"We decided to change that. With Kaseya Intelligence, we are building the first truly open, agentic IT platform-one that meets technicians inside the tools they already use, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot, and gives them the ability to move from real-time insights to fully automated remediation without ever switching context. That is not a feature; it is a fundamental shift in how IT gets done."
Product updates
The Prague event is also being used to outline more than 175 product enhancements across the wider Kaseya platform. Among the additions are Agentic Digital Specialists, Unified Cyber Resilience and Kaseya SIEM, all built around Kaseya Intelligence.
Kaseya also highlighted work on European cloud security and compliance requirements. Its platform is moving towards alignment with European cloud security frameworks, including ENISA's European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services.
The effort comes as managed service providers and internal IT teams face growing regulatory demands under standards and rules such as ISO 27001 and NIS2. Kaseya said it is using automation and AI tools to help customers address compliance gaps.
One example is Compliance Manager GRC, which now supports UK Cyber Essentials v3.3. Kaseya also plans to introduce Compliance Monitor Automatic Remediation, intended to resolve endpoint compliance issues through Datto RMM.
Customer view
Kaseya included feedback from a managed services customer using its software. Olav Thijssen, Operational Support Coordinator at Advisor ICT Solutions, said: "Kaseya Intelligence is changing how we operate as an MSP.
"With automation, AI-driven insights and hundreds of core tools available via a single platform, it is helping us streamline operations and make faster, more informed decisions to scale our business while delivering a higher level of service for our customers."
European focus
Alongside the product announcements, Kaseya used the event to underline its expansion plans in Europe. The company is increasing investment in the region, with a particular focus on its operations in Munich to support partners and customers in the DACH market.
It also cited distribution agreements across France, Germany and Italy. Kaseya has appointed Amaury Dutilleul-Francoeur as Vice President of Distribution and Alliance, based in the UK, to build and manage its distribution team.
Kaseya said Connect Europe has brought together more than 1,500 IT professionals, managed service providers and industry executives. The company says it serves more than 40,000 organisations worldwide with IT management and cybersecurity software.
Dermot McCann, Executive Vice President and General Manager, International, at Kaseya, said: "Europe is an extremely important market for Kaseya and it remains central to our long-term growth strategy.
"With Kaseya Intelligence, we are bringing advanced insights and automation directly into the tools IT teams already rely on every day. This enables our partners and customers across Europe to operate more efficiently, navigate evolving regulatory requirements with confidence and deliver even greater value to the organisations they support. As we continue to invest in the region, our focus remains on delivering practical innovation that drives meaningful business outcomes."
