Seekr has partnered with OneValley to offer its AI platform to startups and small businesses, with OneValley serving as a reseller and managed services partner.

The agreement targets smaller companies in regulated sectors that face the same disclosure, audit and oversight demands as larger groups but often lack in-house legal and compliance teams. The initial focus includes financial services, government-related work and supply chain operations.

Under the arrangement, OneValley will provide onboarding, integration, training and support through its network of accelerators, incubators, founder communities, innovation centres and small business networks. Seekr's platform includes a no-code environment and pre-built tools tailored to different industries.

The service is aimed at businesses that want to adopt AI without building their own systems from scratch. It is designed to provide a record of how outputs and automated actions were produced, which could help address scrutiny from regulators, auditors and customers.

According to the companies, OneValley supports more than 10,000 founders, startups and small businesses globally. That reach gives Seekr access to a market where demand for AI tools is rising but budgets and technical staffing remain constrained.

Compliance pressure

The partnership comes as smaller businesses in regulated industries face growing pressure to show how AI systems reach decisions, particularly when those systems are used in customer, operational or reporting workflows. Requirements can apply equally to a small listed fintech and a major bank, even if their resources differ sharply.

The companies said this gap has left many smaller groups choosing between opaque third-party models, expensive internal systems or delayed adoption. Their combined offer is intended to lower those barriers through managed deployment and pricing aimed at startups.

Seekr said the platform can be deployed in a range of environments, including its own cloud, a customer's cloud and on-premises settings. That flexibility may appeal to organisations handling sensitive data or operating under stricter data control requirements.

For OneValley, the arrangement adds an AI product to a platform better known for connecting founders and small businesses with support services and innovation networks. For Seekr, it expands distribution beyond large organisations and public sector bodies into earlier-stage companies that may still need to meet similar standards.

Nikhil Sinha outlined the compliance challenge facing smaller suppliers in regulated markets.

"A 20-person fintech selling into a Fortune 500 bank inherits that bank's compliance requirements, including everything from vendor risk reviews to model documentation, and even audit rights," said Nikhil Sinha, chief executive officer of OneValley.

"But they lack the resources to sufficiently and consistently meet those standards. Partnering with OneValley and Seekr creates equitable access to defensible, explainable AI directly into founders' hands, no matter their size, ensuring the next generation of regulated-industry companies can compete without compromising on the standards their customers demand," Sinha said.

Market focus

The initial sector focus reflects areas where the consequences of AI errors can be significant, whether in filings, approvals, transactions or other sensitive processes. The companies said these industries also face a heavier burden when explaining how technology tools are used and governed.

Rob Clark said explainability is central to the company's product design.

"Explainability isn't a feature we bolted on to win enterprise and government contracts. It's the architecture Seekr was built on, and it's what makes AI defensible in any environment where the cost of being wrong is real," said Rob Clark, president of Seekr.

"Through OneValley, that architecture is now within reach for the founders and operators who'll define the next wave of critical industries. The rules they have to follow are the same ones the Fortune 500 follows. The AI we're giving them is built for it," Clark said.
