New Zealand may ban holding mobile phones while driving by year-end, possibly imposing a NZD $50 fine or 25 demerit points; handsfree remains allowed.
Starting 26th October, New Zealand residents, young and old can compete for the title of the fastest texter and become the inaugural New Zealand TXT Champion.
