FIS has launched the Agentic Insights Suite for corporate finance teams, designed for the Office of the CFO.

The software combines internal company data with external credit and public data to give finance, treasury and credit teams a single view of collections, liquidity, risk and cash flow. It also includes a cash flow forecasting module that projects cash across different time horizons.

The launch comes as finance departments face growing pressure to manage working capital while data remains spread across multiple systems. Many teams still rely on tools that show cash positions only after money has already moved, limiting their ability to spot pressure points early.

A survey cited by FIS pointed to strong interest in this area but relatively low adoption of AI agents within finance functions. Deloitte's Finance Trends 2026 survey found that 46% of global finance leaders identified working capital optimisation as a leading use case for agentic AI, while 14% said they had fully integrated AI agents into finance operations.

Cash focus

The product centres on a forecasting function designed to model cash across configurable periods. FIS said the module uses machine learning and simulation to test multiple possible outcomes rather than produce a single estimate, including scenarios in which incoming payments are delayed or outflows rise faster than expected.

The wider suite is designed to act as a central layer across finance systems. It brings together data from enterprise resource planning, treasury and customer relationship management platforms, alongside external credit bureau and public data, so teams can work from one reconciled data set.

The software provides real-time account scoring and recommends next steps so teams can prioritise higher-risk exposures. Users can also query the system in natural language and review outputs through Power BI dashboards with standardised reporting across teams.

The suite is intended to connect with FIS receivables products GETPAID and BillerIQ, as well as its treasury products Integrity and Quantum. Deployment can begin through a self-serve setup and take weeks rather than months.

Working capital

The product is positioned around a problem that has moved higher up the agenda for large finance teams. With borrowing costs still high and finance operations spanning more markets and systems, treasurers and CFOs are under pressure to protect liquidity, improve collections and identify risk sooner.

FIS said the new suite is designed to help organisations manage days sales outstanding and identify efficiency gains without necessarily increasing headcount. The emphasis is on combining data gathering, analysis and recommended action in one place rather than automating a single workflow.

Andrés Choussy, President, Capital Markets at FIS, said the gap between historical reporting and forward planning remains a central issue for finance teams.

"Most finance teams can tell you what happened to their cash last quarter; very few can tell you what happens next month with confidence," Choussy said.

He said the software is intended to pull together data sources that are often managed separately across organisations.

"FIS Agentic Insights Suite changes that: it does the work of pulling together credit, treasury and market signals and showing a CFO where the risk sits before it reaches the books. That is how FIS helps clients put their money to work, turning cash from something they report on into something they actively manage," Choussy said.

FIS is one of the larger financial technology suppliers to banks and corporates, and the launch extends its push into AI-led tools for back-office finance operations. The suite is designed to serve as an intelligence layer across existing systems rather than replace them, a model likely to appeal to finance departments with complex software estates built up over time.

The product enters a market where vendors are increasingly applying AI to treasury, credit management and receivables processes. For finance leaders, the commercial test will be whether such tools can improve forecasting accuracy and shorten reaction times without creating another disconnected layer of software.

FIS said the suite cleans and connects data from multiple systems so finance, credit and treasury teams can work from consistent numbers instead of reconciling conflicting information by hand.
