Integrity360 has acquired identity security specialist CyberIAM, adding 120 employees and about €18 million in revenue.

CyberIAM will become a new identity-focused services practice within Integrity360, expanding the Irish-founded cyber security group's work in identity and access management. The company operates from Chester, London and Cape Town, serving customers in financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal and the public sector.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. After the acquisition, Integrity360's revenue run rate will rise to about €230 million, with headcount reaching about 900 employees across three continents.

Identity expansion

The deal strengthens Integrity360's presence in identity services at a time when companies are tightening controls over access to systems, applications and data. CyberIAM specialises in identity access management, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, and customer identity and access management.

Founded in 2016, CyberIAM has built its business by advising and supporting large organisations on identity projects, including architecture, assessments, remediation, integration, deployment, strategy and training. It also provides support and managed services.

Integrity360's existing identity resources will be integrated with the CyberIAM team. Identity managed services will operate through the group's global security operations centre structure, which includes more than 225 analysts, consultants and engineers across seven physical SOCs.

CyberIAM will sit alongside Integrity360's existing practices in Offensive Security, Governance, Risk and Assurance, Incident Response and Forensics, Payment Compliance, Operational Technology, Security Technology Consulting and managed security services.

AI access controls

The acquisition comes as identity management takes on a more prominent role in cyber security strategy, particularly as businesses introduce more automated systems and artificial intelligence tools into day-to-day operations. Companies are under pressure to control how employees, customers, devices, applications and software agents access sensitive systems.

That shift has supported demand for identity specialists with experience across the main commercial platforms used by large enterprises. CyberIAM has worked with technologies including CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust and Saviynt.

Integrity360 has expanded through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions, backed by August Equity. It now operates from 16 regional locations across the UK, Europe, Africa and Canada, serving mid-market and enterprise customers in sectors ranging from government and transport to manufacturing, telecoms and utilities.

Leadership transition

CyberIAM has been led by Chief Executive Officer Michael Ribaudo, who will join Integrity360 with the rest of the team as the business is integrated into the wider group. The acquisition expands Integrity360's footprint in the UK and South Africa while deepening its specialisation in identity-focused consulting and managed services.

Ian Brown, Executive Chairman of Integrity360, described the deal as a natural fit between the two companies.

"We could not be more delighted to be welcoming Michael and the whole CyberIAM team to Integrity360. Having known each other for some time, both organisations recognised a growing strategic alignment, making this combination a natural next step for both our customers and employees. Identity is now the primary control plane for cybersecurity, and by strengthening our Identity capabilities, we are helping customers build the secure foundation they need to embrace AI with confidence. We are looking forward to working closely with the team to rapidly expand their operations, capability and global reach over the coming years," said Ian Brown, Executive Chairman, Integrity360.

Ribaudo said the transaction marked an important step for the identity specialist.

"This is a really significant moment for us. The whole CyberIAM leadership team and I are very pleased that CyberIAM is joining Integrity360 to continue the growth journey we started a decade ago. Thanks to the support of our customers and employees, CyberIAM has grown to become one of the leading experts in Identity services, helping businesses control and protect human and machine identities. With the backing of Ian and the considerable resources, capability and track record of the entire Integrity360 team, we are excited about what we can achieve further for our customers and employees, and we look forward to expanding further into international markets," said Ribaudo.
