Landmark Technologies has appointed Polina Ladyha as Marketing Executive, expanding its commercial team in the Irish IT and cybersecurity market.

She will work across Landmark's managed IT, cybersecurity and emerging technology services, leading marketing activity to raise awareness and support new business. Her role also includes coordinating the promotion of the company's events, webinars and conferences, and working with commercial colleagues and external partners on campaigns and content.

The Dublin-based business provides IT and cybersecurity services and is strengthening its presence in Ireland. Ladyha joins with experience in both sales and marketing roles in the technology sector.

Before joining Landmark, she was an Account Manager at Kaseya, where she managed a portfolio of 120 organisations across the UK and Ireland. Earlier, she spent more than four years at DNA IT Solutions, first as an Inside Sales Account Manager and later in a marketing role.

That background gave her experience across both sales and marketing within a managed services provider. Before moving to Ireland, she also worked as a Channel Account Manager at backup and data protection software provider NAKIVO, where she managed partner relationships and worked in channel sales.

Her appointment comes as IT providers seek to sharpen their positioning around cybersecurity, compliance and artificial intelligence.

Commenting on the role, Ladyha pointed to her familiarity with the sector and the breadth of the brief at Landmark.

"I already knew the managed services and cybersecurity space well, so Landmark immediately felt like a good fit. What really appealed to me was the chance to build on that experience in a broad marketing role, with a company that has a strong customer focus and is continuing to develop its offering. I'm looking forward to putting that experience to work at Landmark. A lot is happening across the business, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, AI and compliance. My focus will be on making sure we communicate all of this clearly, building awareness of what Landmark does and supporting the team in reaching new customers," said Polina Ladyha, Marketing Executive at Landmark.

Founded in Dublin in 1998, Landmark provides managed services spanning cybersecurity, cloud, automation and IT support. It serves businesses across Ireland and has built its business around long-term customer support and technical services.

Ladyha's remit suggests Landmark is placing greater emphasis on how it presents its widening range of services as competition intensifies among IT services and cybersecurity providers. Across the sector, marketing roles have become more closely tied to sales support, partner activity and content that explains increasingly complex service offerings.

Her previous roles reflect that overlap. At Kaseya, she handled account management across two markets, while at DNA IT Solutions she moved from sales into marketing, giving her experience in both customer-facing commercial work and brand communications.

At Landmark, that mix is expected to support campaigns aimed at target audiences while helping the wider commercial team. Her role will help ensure marketing activity reflects the company's priorities across managed IT, cybersecurity and newer technology areas.
